1. Acceptance
By using this website you accept these Terms & Conditions set by STARNEST AI Lab.
2. Services
The site provides information about education programs, events and corporate training, and enables applications and registrations.
Program content, schedule and pricing may change. Current information is always published on the site.
3. Enrolment and payment
Enrolment is completed when the application is confirmed and payment is made.
Payment may be made in full or in monthly instalments. Instalments follow the agreed schedule.
Payments are processed by the bank / payment provider; card data is never stored on the site.
4. Cancellation and refunds
If you withdraw before the program starts, the payment is refunded in full.
After the first two sessions, refunds for the unused part follow the contract terms.
Free event registrations carry no obligation if you cannot attend.
5. Intellectual property
All site and course materials are protected by copyright. Copying or distribution without permission is prohibited.
6. Student obligations
Do not share course materials with third parties; respect the classroom process and the group schedule.
7. Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is". Outcomes depend on the student's participation and effort; no specific job or income is guaranteed.
